After over decade working in HR at BlackRock, Uber, Hypebeast and Sotheby's between Hong Kong and NYC, Jen went to business school with a goal to build on a social enterprise (but wasn't sure what) and started working on Opal in 2021 (but started to identify the problem space the year before).
